 IMIRIRE MIBI
Imirire myiza ni ingirakamaro ku muntu uwo ariwe wese kugirano agire ubuzima bwiza. Imirire mibi yo igira ingaruka zikomeye ku buzima bw'umuntu, harimo kugabanuka k'ubudahangarwa bw'umubiri,ibyo bigatuma umuntu ashobora kwibasirwa n'indwara zinyuranye ndetse bigatera kudakura ku bana mu gihagararo no mu bitekerezo (reduced Physical and mental development) bityo umuntu ntashobore kwiteza imbere n'igihugu muri rusange.

Muri iki gihe isi ifite ibibazo by'imirire twavuga ko biri mu bwoko bubiri harimo imirire mibi ishingiye ku kubura intungamubiri(undernutrition) ndetse n'imirire mibi ishingiye ku kurenza intungamubiri zikenewe n'umubiri(overweight).Kimwe n'ahandi mu bihugu bikiri mu nzira y'amajyambere,ikibazo cy'imirire mibi irangwa n'ibura ry'intungamubiri zubaka umubiri n'izitera imbaraga (Protein Energy malnutrition: PEM) ndetse n'ibura ry'intungamubiri zirinda indwara(Vitamin and mineral deficiencies) gikomeje kugaragara mu gihugu cy'u Rwanda. Ibi bikaba bigira uruhare mu kuzamura umubare w'abana n'ababyeyi bapfa mu gihugu.

Buri bwoko bw'imirire mibi bugira uburyo bwigaragaza bitewe n'ubwoko bw'intungamubiri zibura.
Ibimenyetso by'imirire mibi ishingiye ku kubura intungamubiri (undernutrition)
  1. Bwaki yumisha (Marasmus)Iterwa no kubura intungamubiri mu bwinshi no mu bwiza (quality and quantity).iryo bura rishobora guterwa no gucuka imburagihe,amashereka adahagije n'indwara z'impiswi,kuruka ndetse no kudasobanukirwa n'ibyimirire. Ibimenyetso bya Bwaki yumisha n'ibi bikurikira:
    • Guta ibiro bikabije
    • Gupfuka umusatsi
    • Kuzongwa bikabije
    • Kugira iminkanyari nk'iy'umusaza mu maso ku mwana
    • Kudakura mu gihagararo
    • Guhorana apeti,guhora ashonje ashaka kurya
    • Kutabyimba umubiri.

  2. Bwaki ibyimbisha (Kwashiorkor) Iyi ndwara iterwa ahanini n'igabanuka rikabije ry'inyubakamubiri (Protein),akaba ari nayo mpamvu yo kubyimbagana Ubusanzwe iyi ndwara ikunze kugaragara ku bana bacukijwe imburagihe. Ibimenyetso biranga iyi ndwara n'ibi bikurikira:
    • Kubyimbagana nicyo kimenyetso cya mbere gihita kigaragaza akenshi.bitangirira ku birenge n'amaguru nubwo usanga akenshi bishobora no kuba k'umubiri wose

  3. Bwaki ifashe impu zombi (Marasmus-kwashiorkor) Iyo ibimenyetso bya Bwaki yumisha biri kumwe n'bya bwaki ibyimbisha bavuga ko bwaki ifashe impu zombi.
N.B:Ibimenyetso bikurikira dushobora kubisanga mu bwoko bwose bw'imirire mibi twavuze haruguru bushingiye ku kubura intungamubiri (undernutrition).
