AMATA: AKAMARO KAYO. ESE WARI UZI KO AMATA YAHINDURA URUHU RWAWE?


Iyo umwana avutse, ifunguro rye rya mbere ni amashereka icyo twakwita amata y’umubyeyi we. Amashereka ya mbere umwana yonka akivuka akenshi aba asa n’umuhondo (twita colostrum mu rurimi rw’icyongereza), aba yuzuyemo abasirikare b’umubiri ndetse n’ubwirinzi buhambaye buzafasha wa mwana uvutse mu gihe cy’amezi 6, kwirinda indwara kandi agatuma ahorana imbaraga. Nanone  afasha umubiri w’umwana kwikorera abasirikare be ku giti cye bazajya bamurinda indwara mu gihe cy’ubuzima bwe bwose. Ku bantu bakuru amata arimo intungamubiri z’ibanze dukenera: harimo ibyubaka umubiri, ibitera imbaraga ibinyamavuta ndetse n’ibirinda indwara. Ibyo bikaba biri mu bintu dukeneye  buri munsi kugirango imibiri yacu igumye ibeho kandi imererwe neza. Kutanywa amata bishobora kutakugiraho ingaruka z’ako kanya, gusa uko igihe kigenda gihita ushobora guhura n’ingaruka zimwe na zimwe zo kutanywa amata nko gucika intege. Ku bagore bo bakunda kugira ikibazo cyo kugira amagufa adakomeye kubera kubura umunyungugu wa karisiyumu(calicium) dusanga mu mata.

1.     Amata ni ifunguro rikize ku ntungamubiri:
 Amata arimo karisiyumu, uyu ukaba ari umunyungugu ufasha umuntu mu gukura neza kw’amagufa, imikaya kandi ugatuma amenyo akomera ndetse agasa n’umweru. Nanone uyu munyungugu ufasha mu kwiyongera k’uburebure n’igihagararo cy’umuntu. Mu by’ukuri, amata arakenewe mu gukura k’umubiri wose muri rusange. Uzabona inganda n’amasosiyete byamamaza amata nk’ikintu kidasanzwe kuma televiziyo yaba aya hano mu Rwanda cyangwa hanze yarwo, yego baba bakabya ariko ntitwaba twibeshye tuvuze ko amata ari mu biribwa bikize cyane ku ntungamubiri. Reka nange nkabye “nunywa igikombe cy’amata buri munsi ntaho uzaba ugihuriye na muganga”.
2.     Amata atuma ugira uruhu wishimiye
Umuntu ntabwo ari nk’ibuye ritava aho riri, akenera kugenda no gukora kugirango abeho. Utwenge tuba ku ruhu rwacu, dufatamo imikungugu ndetse n’indi myanda itandukanye buri munsi. Ushobora kuba wahise wibaza uti “mu mata habamo iki kirinda uruhu bigeze aho?”  Mu mata habamo aside (lactic acid) ifasha mu kurinda uruhu rwawe kwangirika, nanone harimo ibikomoka ku ma proteyine(amino acids) bisimbura twa duce tw’uruhu twangiritse maze bigatuma uruhu rwawe ruhorana itoto, kandi rugahora rusa neza.
3.     Amata atuma ugira amagufa akomeye
Buri muntu wese usanga azi ko ibanga ryo kugira amagufa akomeye ari ukurya ifunguro ririmo karisiyumu. Kubura karisiyumu mu mubiri, bitera ububabare(kuribwa) mu ngingo(joint pain)  kandi bigatuma amagufa yoroha(osteoporosis) ndetse akangirika, cyane cyane ku bantu bakuze. Nunywa igikombe cy’amata buri munsi uzagira amagufa akomeye, kuko huzuyemo karisiyumu nyinshi.
4.     Amata afasha gusinzira neza
Twirirwa mu bintu byinshi rimwe na rimwe bishobora kudutesha umutwe kandi ibyo bishobora no gutuma tubura ibitotsi nijoro. Kuki utagerageza gufata igikombe cy’amata akonje mbere yo kuryama ngo urebe! Amata arimo intungamubiri yitwa tryptophan ikaba ari igikomoka kuri proteyine dukunda no gusanga mu nyama z’ibiguruka, ikaba iyo igeze mu bwonko ituma habaho kurekurwa kw’icyitwa serotonine twakwita nk’umusemburo, iyi ikaba ituma umuntu asinzira neza maze akabyuka akomeye akajya mu kazi ku munsi ukurikiraho afite imbaraga nyinshi. Serotonin kandi iri mu bintu bifasha kurinda umunaniro ukabije.
