Soma hano ibintu 5 byoroshye wakora ukagira amenyo y’umweru bita urwererane kandi bikakurinda kunuka mu kanwa.


Dore inzira 5  zoroshye wacamo ukagira amenyo y’umweru bita urwererane. Kandi zikakurinda impumuro mbi yo mu kanwa.

1)  Sukura ururimi rwawe: Uti nabikora gute? 4)  Ogesha amenyo yawe Vinegre ikomoka ku mutobe wa pome(Apple cider vinegar):Ibi bizatuma ugira inseko isusurutse kandi ikurura bose bakakwisanzuraho kuko bizatuma ugira  amenyo  yererana, kandi mu kanwa kawe nta mpumuro mbi izaba irimo. Dore uko ugomba kubigenza : Fata incuro imwe ya vinegre uvange n’incuro ebyiri z’amazi, ubundi ube aribyo ukoresha mu koza amenyo yawe; ubikore nko mu gihe kigeze byibura umunota umwe ni ukuvuga amasegonda 60. 
5)  Iyunyuguze n’amazi meza igihe umaze kurya indimu: Uti ibi byo se ni ibiki?: Hari Imbuto zimwe na zimwe zigira vitamine C nk’indimu, amacunga, imyembe n’izindi. Akenshi izi mbuto usanga ziba zirimo acide ku buryo iyo uziriye zangiza amenyo yawe,  iyi acide ikaba ikuraho igice gikomeye kiba gifubitse iryinyo bita enamel, maze igatuma ryangirika cyangwa se rikazaho ibibara mu buryo bworoshye. Dore ibyo utari uzi ku ndwara ya Malariya.

Malariya
Malariya ni indwara iterwa n’agakoko ko mu bwoko bwa parazite kitwa plasmodium, gakwirakwizwa no kurumwa n’umubu wanduye kuko warumye umuntu urwaye malariya. Mu mubiri, utwo dukoko duhita tujya mu mwijima aho twikuba tukaba twinshi hanyuma tukanduza insoro zitukura (red blood cells cg globules rouges)
Malariya igaragara cyane mu bice bishyuha, ibibamo amashyamba, cg se ahantu hareka ibidendezi by’amazi

5. Kurinda indwara y’umutima: Ubushakashatsi bwagaragaje ko intungamubiri za carotenoids zifitanye isano no kugabanya ibyago byo kurwara umutima, karoti ntabwo zikungahaye gusa kuri beta-carotene ahubwo harimo na lutein igabanya ibipimo bya cholesterol mu mubiri ariyo iganisha ku mutima.

Inanasi ibonekamo isukari ndetse kenshi abayirya bakurikirana uburyohe bwayo no kuba igira amazi menshi, ariko hari n’ibyiza byinshi ifitiye umubiri w'umuntu reka turebere hamwe bimwe muri byo.

  1. Inanasi ifasha gukomeza amagufa
Inanasi ngo ibamo umunyungugu wa "manganese”, iyi ikaba yuzuyemo ibifasha umubiri kugira amagufa akomeye. Iyi manganese kandi  ifasha kubungabunga amagufa ku bantu bashaje ndetse ituma uruhu rusa neza. Inanasi kandi  ifasha kuringaniza urugero rw’isukari mu mubiri.  
       2. Ifasha mu igogorwa ry’ibiryo

Ankylosing Spondilitis :Indwara ifata Umugongo mu gice cyo hasi.
Ankylosing Spondilitis ni indwara ifata ingingo z'uruti rw'umugongo ni ukuvuga aho agatirigongo kamwe gahurira n'akandi, ndetse igafata n'ibindi bice byegereye izo ngingo. Ni indwara iri mu bwoko bw'ama inflammation(ku
babara, kubyimba, gutukura, no kudakora kw'ahantu hafashwe n'uburwayi nibyo biranga inflammation.) Gusa icyo twabanza kuzirikana ni uko Ankylosing Spondilitis ari indwara idaterwa n'agakoko, nk'uko tubizi ku ndwara zimwe na zimwe.

Preeclampsia ni indwara ikomeye ikunda kwibasira  bamwe mu babyeyi batwite. Ikunda kwibasira abagore bafite inda iri hejura y’amezi atanu. Iyi ndwara kandi ishobora gufata  umubyeyi uri no ku bise, abyara cyangwa nyuma gato amaze kubyara.

Umwana ashobora kudakura neza mu gihe ari mu nda, hashobora kandi kubaho igabanuka ry’amazi umwana aba arimo muri nyababyeyi.
Aha umubyeyi asabwa kwihutira kujya kwa muganga mu gihe yumva umwana atagikina neza mu nda.
Ese haba hari ibizamini byerekana ko umuntu arwaye pre-eclampsia?

Kugira impumuro mbi mu gitsina n’ubwo waba wakarabye ni ikibazo yaba k'uwo bibaho ndetse no k'uwo babana cyangwa se uwo bashakanye. Biterwa rero n’impamvu zitandukanye gusa zimwe muri izo mpamvu zishobora kwirindwa . Ni muri uwo rwego tugiye kubagezaho ibintu bitera impumuro mbi mu gitsina, uko wabyirinda n’icyo wakora igihe ufite icyo kibazo.

Impamvu zitera impumuro mbi mu gitsina:

Indwara ya Vitiligo irangwa no kuzana amabara y'ibidomagure by'umweru ku ruhu.Ushobora kuba warigeze kubona umuntu afite amabara y'umweru mu maso cyangwa ku bindi bice by'umubiri. Uwo muntu ashobora kuba yari arwaye vitiligo iyi ndwara rero ikaba iterwa no kubura umusemburo wa « Melanin ».
Uno musemburo wa « Melanin » uboneka mu ruhu niwo utuma rusa uko rwakagombye gusa, hanyuma ibura ryawo rikunze guterwa no gusenyagurika cyangwa gupfa k'uteramangingo tuwukora bigatuma umuntu azana amabara y'umweru ku ruhu. Indwara yo kuzana amabara (Vitiligo) ishobora kwibasira abantu b'amabara yose ariko ikunze guhita igaragara cyane ku bantu bafite uruhu rw'igikara(Abirabura) kurusha abafite uruho rw'umweru(Abazungu).

Indwara yo kuzana mabara yibasira abanyamerika bari hagati y'umwe na babiri ku ijana (1-2%) kuko ngo nibura ushobora gusanga abanyamerika bari hagati ya miliyoni ebyiri n'enye bibanira na yo.

Inshuro nyinshi indwara y'amabara yibasira bantu bakiri bato bari hagati y'imyaka icumi na mirongo itatu y'amavuko hanyuma ugasanga abagera kuri mirongo cyenda ku ijana (90%) byabo bagaragaza ibimenyetso mbere y'uko buzuza imyaka mirongo ine y'amavuko. Vitiligo ni indwara itandura kandi uko amabara yera egenda akura ni nako umuntu aba ashobora kurwara kanseri y’uruhu ku buryo bworoshye.

Igitera Vitiligo
Mu ruhu habamo utanyangingo twitwa Melanocytes tuba dushinzwe guha ibara uruhu , iyo melanocytes zo ku gice runaka cy’uruhu zitari gukora akazi kazo , uruhu rwaho ziri ruba umweru nibwo bavuga ko umuntu arwaye Vitiligo.
Igituma izo melanocyte zihagarara gukora kugeza ubu ntikiramenyekana neza ariko akenshi iyo mu muryango  umuntu avukamo  harimo abantu bagiye barwara  iyo ndwara usanga ikurikirana abavutse muri uwo muryango.
Vitiligo kandi ikunze kugaragara ku bantu bafite uburwayi bukurikira:
  • Indwara ya anemie cyane cyane iyitwa(Pernicous anemia), iterwa no kubura icyitwa intrinsic factor gifasha mu gutwara ibintu byifashishwa n'umubiri mu gukora amaraso.
  • Kugira umusemburo mwinshi ukorwa na n'igice cyo mu mubiri
    cyitwa thyroid (Hyperthyroidism)
  • Indwara yitiriwe Addison(Addison Disease).

Vitiligo ivurwa ite
  1. Muganga ashobora gutanga umuti witwa Dermovate ku bantu bari basanzwe ari inzobe cyane cyangwa ku  bazungu ariko si  byiza gukoresha uwo muti atari muganga wawukwandikiye kuko ugira izindi ngaruka zitari nziza ku ruhu
  2. Undi muti ukunze gukoreshwa ni uwitwa Meladine solution 0,1% , Meladine solution 0,75%  yo kwisiga ku ruhu cyangwa Meladine 10 mg  y’ibinini byo kunywa. Iyo miti yose itangwa iyo ufite urupapuro rwa muganga.
  3. Ubundi buryo bukoreshwa mu kugirango Vitiligo ntigaragare ni ugusiga amabara asa n’uruhu rwawe ahabaye umweru(maquillage).
  4. Mu bihugu byateye imbere bafite ubundi buryo bwinshi bakoresha mu kuvura Vitiligo nko gufata uruhu rushyashya bakuye ahatarwaye, bakarutera aharwaye(skin graffting), cyangwa gutera amabara asa n’uruhu ahantu harwaye (teinture) n’ubundi bwinshi .
Nubwo ubwo buryo bwose buri haruguru bufasha mu kugabanya ayo mabara yera, Vitiligo ni indwara idakira burundu kandi nta buryo bwo kuyirinda bubaho.
Niba urwaye iyi ndwara nta mpamvu yo guhangayika ngo wumve ko bikurangiranye cyangwa ngo wumve wigunze , Vitiligo ni indwara itica.

Ibihushi n’indwara iterwa n’agakoko kataboneshwa ijisho kazwi ku izina rya ” dermatophyte”mu ndimi z’amahanga. Ako gakoko kibera inyuma ku ruhu, ku turemangingo twapfuye (tissus mortes). Ntikajya kinjira imbere mu turemangingo two mu mubiri  kuko gatungwa n’utwoya twose tuva mu ruhu ugasaga aho ako gakoko kororokeye umubiri wahinduye ibara. Agakoko ka dermatophyte  kameze nk’ibihumyo bitaribwa bigenda bigakurira k’ugishishwa cy’igiti.

Bumwe mu buryo bwo kuyirinda ni uguhorana isuku y’uruhu,kudatiririkanya imyenda ndetse n’ibikoresho by’ubwogoshi.

Indwara y’ibihushi  iravurwa igakira hakoreshejwe umuti wa Antifungal drugs, isabune ya shampoo ndetse hari na Poudre yabugenewe kwa muganga basiga ku uruhu.
Mu gihe umwana wawe yatangiye kukaragaza ibimenyetso by’indwara y’ibihushi n’ibyiza guhita umujyana kwa muganga.

Sobanukirwa ibirebana n'Ifishi yo Gukurikirana Imyaka n’Ibiro by’Umwana

Ifishi yo Gukurikirana Imyaka n’Ibiro by’Umwana:
Iyi fishi ikoreshwa mu kuzuza amakuru arebana n’imikurire y’umwana uko igihe kigenda. Ayo makuru yandikwa ku ifishi akaba ari imyaka n’ibiro by'umwana. Mu RWANDA hari gahunda ya Buri kwezi, aho ababyeyi bakangurirwa gupimisha abana babo ku bajyanama b'ubuzima. Umujyanama wubuzima akaba aba agomba gupima ibiro by’abana bose bari mu gace ukoreramo akandika Imyaka/Ibiro ku mafishi y’imikurire yabo.

Icyo iriya fishi isobanura:
Umutuku = umwana agomba guhita yoherezwa ku ivuriro.
Umuhondo = Imirire y’umwana igomba kugenzurwa n’umuryango ukigishwa uburyo bwo guha umwana ifunguro ryuzuye.
Icyatsi kibisi = umwana afite ubuzima bwiza. Umuryango ugomba gushimirwa no gukomeza ishyaka mu kugaburira umwana neza.
