Sobanukirwa akamaro ka karoti Ugire uruhu rwiza kandi rukeye, utane n'ubuhumyi, gusaza imburagihe, kurwara kanseri n'indwara z'umutima .

Akamaro ka karoti
Hehe no kongera kurwara indwara zituruka ku kubura Vitamine A. Urugero nk'ibibazo bimwe na bimwe by'amaso. 5. Kurinda indwara y’umutima: Ubushakashatsi bwagaragaje ko intungamubiri za carotenoids zifitanye isano no kugabanya ibyago byo kurwara umutima, karoti ntabwo zikungahaye gusa kuri beta-carotene ahubwo harimo na lutein igabanya ibipimo bya cholesterol mu mubiri ariyo iganisha ku mutima.
6.Isuku ku menyo ndetse no mu kanwa: Karoti ni igihingwa cyoza amenyo no mu kanwa, zikura ibintu byagiye bisigara mu menyo bishobora kuyangiza kuko zitera ivubura ry’amacandwe menshi, imyunyugugu iri muri karoti irinda amenyo ukwangirika.
