IBYO UTARI UZI KU NDWARA YA MBURUGU CYANGWA SE IMITEZI(syphilis).

Iby'ibanze twayimenyaho: Indwara ya Mburugu ni imwe mu ndwara zandurira mu mibonano mpuzabitsina, umuntu uyirwaye iyo ayigiranye n’utayirwaye icyo gihe utari uyirwaye arayandura.
Amoko y'iyi ndwara:Hari amoko 3 y’indwara ya Mburugu. Hari” Venereal syphilis” ikaba ari Mburugu ikwirakwizwa n’imibonano mpuzabitsina  ku bantu 2 umwe ayirwaye undi atayirwaye. 
Ubwoko bwa 2 ni “Congenital Syphilis ” ikaba ari Mburugu umubyeyi yanduza umwana we amutwite cyane cyane inda ifite amezi 4.
Ubwoko bwa 3 ni “Endemic Syphilis ” ibinyoro bikunda kuboneka ahantu henda kuba ubutayu.

    INDWARA YA MUGIGA(MENINGITIS)!
    Indwara ya mugiga ni indwara ifata utwugara dufubitse ubwonko cyangwa umusokoro uri mu ruti rw'umugongo igatuma utwo twugara tubyimba. Utwo twugara batwita ‘meninges’ mu rurimi rw'icyongereza. Indwara ya mugiga ikaba iterwa n'udukoko dutandukanye. Hari iterwa n'amabagiteri(Bacteria), iterwa n'amavirusi(Viruses) ndetse n’iterwa na n'uduhumyo duto tutagaragarira amaso(Fungi cyangwa champignon).
    Ubwoko bw'Indwara ya mugiga bubi cyane ni ubuterwa n’udukoko two mu bwoko bwa bagiteri kuko yo yica vuba kandi ikaba idashobora kuba yakwikiza. Muri bagiteri zikunda gutera mugiga, twavuga nka ‘Neisseria Meningitides; iyi ikaba iza nk’icyorezo, ikaba ari yo mpamvu iyo umuganga abonye umurwayi urwaye mugiga yatewe n’aka gakoko aba agomba kubimenyesha abamukuriye kugira ngo iyo ndwara ikumirwe kuko yandura kandi ikica vuba.     4. Abantu barwaye kanseri ndetse n’abafata imiti yayo

    5. Abantu bitera ibiyobyabwenge mu maraso: aba baba bari gutuma udukoko dutera indwara twinjira mu maraso tukaba twagera mu bwonko ndetse no mu bindi bice by’umubiri.

    6. Abantu bari ahantu hatuwe cyane nko mu nkambi cyamngwa mu bigo bibamo abantu benshi muri rusange

    Mugiga ni indwara  ivurwa igakira ariko iyo utinze kuyivuza ishobora kukwica cyangwa ikagusigira ubumuga butandukanye. Ni ngombwa rero kwivuza hakiri kare kandi ukanikingiza mu gihe ugize amahirwe yo kubona urukingo.

    Indwara y’umusinziro nyafurika cyangwa Indwara yo guhondobera ni indwara ifata abantu n’amatungo. Iterwa n’umugera uva mu dukoko twitwa Trypanosoma brucei. Umuntu ashobora kwandura ubwoko bubiri bwayo, Trypanosoma brucei gambiense (T.b.g) na Trypanosoma brucei rhodesiense (T.b.r.). T.b.g niyo ifata abarwayi 98 ku ijana bayandura. Ayo moko abiri aterwa akenshi no kurumwa n’ isazi ya tsetse irwaye ikaba yiganje mu bice by’ibyaro.
    Mu mizo ya mbere, iyo indwara ikigaragaza bwa mbere, umurwayi ahinda umuriro, akarwara umutwe, akumva uburyaryate n’ububabare mu ngingo.
    IYO TSETSE IRUMYE UMUNTU IMUSHYIRAMO UDUKOKO DUTERA IYO NDWARA
    Indwara yigaragaza nyuma y’ibyumweru bitatu umuntu arumwe n’isazi ya tsetse.     INDWARA Y'IGISUKARI(Diabetes mellitus)

    Diabetes mellitus ni iki? 
    Diyebetes mellitus benshi bakunze kwita indwara y'igisukari ni uruhurirane rw`ihungabana mu mubiri w`umuntu guturutse ku izamuka rikabije ry`ibipimo by`isukari mu maraso. Ibyo biterwa n`ibintu bibiri :

    1) Kubura k`umusemburo (hormone) witwa insuline.
    2) Kuba uwo musemburo witwa insuline utabasha kwakirwa n`umubiri (Resistance) bifatanyije n`uko insuline itarekurwa ku rugero rukenewe.

    Hari amoko abiri ya Diyabete:

    1)Diyabete bita Type I, iterwa n`uko utunyabuzima remezo (cellules, cells) twitwa Islet B twangiritse. Iboneka cyane mu bana no mu ngimbi.
    2)Diyabete bita Type II, niyo iboneka kenshi. Ubundi ku muntu muzima iyo Insulin itakiriwe neza ngo ikore akazi ishinzwe mu mubiri, habaho kongerwa mu bwinshi byayo, ariko kuri iyi Diyabete, ntabwo habaho kwiyongera k`ubwinshi bw`uwo musemburo. Iyi Diyabete iboneka kenshi ku bantu begeze ku myaka ya za 40, ariko ntibivuze ko n`abandi batayirwara.

    UKO BAPIMA ISUKARI IRI MU MARASO


    Diyabete y`ubwoko bwa 2 itangira buhoro buhoro
    Ni indwara itangaje kuko yongera amahirwe yo kurwara indwara z`umutima n`imiyoboro y`maraso (cardiovascular diseases). Ni ngombwa kumenya ko iyo ndwara iza buhoro buhoro kuko mu ntangiriro igaragaza utumenyetso ducye cyane ku buryo uyirwaye ashobora kumara imyaka myinshi ataramenya ko ayirwaye.
    Ikibabaje ni uko muri icyo gihe igenda yangiza umutima n`imiyoboro y`amaraso. Byaba byiza kuyipimisha mbere y`uko igeza igihe iganza uyirwaye.

    1. Ni imwe mu ndwara iva mu muryango (hereditaire). Kuba ufite umubyeyi cyangwa umuvandimwe wayirwaye.
    2. Umubyibuho ukabije cyane cyane iyo inda yabyibushye, ibyo bigaragara ku muzenguruko w`urukenyerero (ceinture) kuba gore 80cm, ku bagabo 94cm.
    3. Imirire yiganjemo ibinyamavuta bikomoka ku nyamaswa. Kuba kandi iyo mirire ikennye ku mboga n`imbuto.
    4. Kuba urwaye indwara y`umuvuduko w`amaraso ukabije (hypertension) ibyo na byo byongera amahirwe yawe yo kuba warwara Diyabete yo mu bwoko bwa kabiri.
    5. Kutanyeganyega (sedentarity lifestyle). Uko udakora imyitozo ni nako wongera amahirwe yawe yo kuyirwara.


    6. Kuba wararwaye Diyabete mu gihe cyo gutwita, aha turavuga abagore, iyo yitwa ‘Gestational diabetis”. Kuba umugore kandi yarabyaye umwana munini cyane hejuru ya 4 kg na byo byongera amahirwe mabi.
    7. Umuvuduko ukabije w`amaraso (hypertension), ubwiyongere mu maraso bwa triglyceride, kugabanyuka kwa HDL-Cholesterol ari yo cholesterol nziza, hamwe n`ibipimo by`isukari nyinshi mu maraso igihe umuntu atariye.
    8. Imyaka yigiye hejuru, Diyabete yo mu bwoko bwa kabiri yibasira abarengeje imyaka 40 y`amavuko.
    Diyabete y`ubwoko bwa kabiri ni indwara yakwirindwa! Niba ufite kimwe cyangwa byinshi muri ibi byavuzwe hejuru, byaba byiza ugiye kwa  muganga hakwegereye ukisuzumusha.
