AKAMARO K'UMUNEKE

Akamaro kawo:Umuneke ni ikiribwa gikenewe kubantu bose kuva kumwana ukageza ku muntu mukuru (abasaza).

B6 Ifasha umubiri mukugira ubudahangarwa,ikuza imikorere myiza y ‘ubwonko ndetse n’umutima n’ibindi.
C ifasha mu gukiza,ifasha imikurire y’ingingo n’ibindi….
D ifasha umubiri mu kwinjiza imyunyu ngugu.(calcium), iyo nayo igafasha mu gukomera kw'amagufa.
Umuneke ni ikiribwa gitangaje kubantu bakeneye kugabanya ibiro.
