Ibishishi byo mu maso (Acné) ni indwara igaragazwa n’ibiheri bifatira mu twenge tw’ubwoya bw’uruhu. Sobanukirwa indwara yo kudahumeka neza nijoro cyangwa se sleep apnea mu rurimi rw'icyongereza.

Ese ni indwara ki?— Sleep apnea ni indwara ifata umuntu ikagaragazwa cyane n'uko hari igihe uyirwaye agira ibihe ahagaragara guhumeka by'akanya gato ariko bikabaho mu gihe asinziriye.  Habaho ubwoko bubiri bw'iyi ndwara. Imwe ituruka ku mikorere y'ubwonko (central sleep apnea) indi ikaba ituruka mu muhogo, wenda nk'ikintu gishobora gufunga inzira y'umwuka (obstructive sleep apnea).
Nk'uko tubibonye hano hejuru, imwe ishobora guterwa n'uko imyanya ye y'ubuhumekero nk'umuhogo yagabanutse mu ngano yayo cyangwa yifunze indi igaterwa n'uko ubwonko butari gutanga amakuru atuma imikaya ifasha mu guhumeka ikora neza, ibyo bigatuma umuntu adahumeka neza.  Aha ngiye kukubwira sleep apnea ituruka ku bibazo byo mu buhumekero (mu muhogo) kuko ninayo irwarwa n'abantu benshi.

Kanseri y'ubwonko ni iki? Nabwirwa n'iki ko nyirwaye?

Ibi bivugwa igihe umuntu yituma:

●Umusarani ugorana gusohoka ugasaba kwikanira cyane.

●Nanone igihe umuntu yituma inshuro ziri munsi y'eshatu mu cyumweru aba arwaye impatwe tutitaye kuburyo umusarani usohoka umeze.

AMATA: AKAMARO KAYO. ESE WARI UZI KO AMATA YAHINDURA URUHU RWAWE?


Iyo umwana avutse, ifunguro rye rya mbere ni amashereka icyo twakwita amata y’umubyeyi we. 3.     Amata atuma ugira amagufa akomeye
Buri muntu wese usanga azi ko ibanga ryo kugira amagufa akomeye ari ukurya ifunguro ririmo karisiyumu. Kubura karisiyumu mu mubiri, bitera ububabare(kuribwa) mu ngingo(joint pain)  kandi bigatuma amagufa yoroha(osteoporosis) ndetse akangirika, cyane cyane ku bantu bakuze. Nunywa igikombe cy’amata buri munsi uzagira amagufa akomeye, kuko huzuyemo karisiyumu nyinshi.
4.     Amata afasha gusinzira neza
Twirirwa mu bintu byinshi rimwe na rimwe bishobora kudutesha umutwe kandi ibyo bishobora no gutuma tubura ibitotsi nijoro. Kuki utagerageza gufata igikombe cy’amata akonje mbere yo kuryama ngo urebe! Amata arimo intungamubiri yitwa tryptophan ikaba ari igikomoka kuri proteyine dukunda no gusanga mu nyama z’ibiguruka, ikaba iyo igeze mu bwonko ituma habaho kurekurwa kw’icyitwa serotonine twakwita nk’umusemburo, iyi ikaba ituma umuntu asinzira neza maze akabyuka akomeye akajya mu kazi ku munsi ukurikiraho afite imbaraga nyinshi. Serotonin kandi iri mu bintu bifasha kurinda umunaniro ukabije.

Indwara y'ubwandu bw'amaraso (Blood infection). Ese iteye ite? Yakwirindwa ite? Ivurwa ite?

Ni kenshi muri iki gihe, umuntu arwara yajya kwa muganga bamusuzuma akumva baramubwiye ngo ufite "infection" mu maraso. Iyi rero niyo yitwa ubwandu bw’amaraso (blood infection), ikaba ari indwara imaze kugenda yiyongera kandi ihitana benshi iyo itavuwe hakiri kare.
Ese ubwandu bw’amaraso ni iki? Buterwa n’iki?
Ubusanzwe tugira indwara nyinshi twandura zitewe na mikorobi, habaho iziterwa na bagiteri, imiyege (champignon) cyangwa virusi. Uko wakwirinda indwara y'umwijima ikunze gutera kanseri n'urushwima

Hepatis B ni indwara mbi cyane ifata umwijima kandi iterwa na virus ya hepatiteB(HBV), ni indwara ibangamira imikorere y’umwijima, ikagenda yangiza uturemangingo tugize ibice by’umwijima .
