Kuki Umugore utwite agira iseseme? Ese yahangana n'icyo kibazo ate?

-Kwirinda kunywa  ibintu birimo caffeine, ikiribwa nk’inyama kuko ari byo bikaza cyane ya misemburo ituma wagira iseseme.
-Kuryama no kwicara ahantu hafutse kandi hari akayaga.
-Gusinzira neza kandi akamara ibitotsi kuko ngo kudasinzira ngo ibitotsi bishire byongera  umunaniro, kandi umunaniro uri mu byongera iseseme.
-Kwirinda ibiribwa cyangwa se n’ibindi bintu bifite impumuro zitamye nk’imibavu, umwuka wo mu gikoni n’ibindi.
-Kunywa  ikirahuri cy’amazi arimo umutobe w’indimu.
